Hi, im B. I’m a skinny 19 year old guy, Making it my goal to get fit for the summer. I’ll be posting Progress pictures at motivation to keep going, and to maybe motivate other guys like me to get fit.

&lt;p&gt;Warm up: 2 min stretch&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Workout:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;chest: 17 reps - 7 sets&lt;br/&gt;biceps: 16 reps - 7 sets&lt;br/&gt;triceps: 10 reps - 6 sets&lt;br/&gt;abs: 40 reps - 6 sets&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Today I decided to skip my cool down and just stretch for 3 min. I want to see if I really need a cool down or not, because I havent had muscle soreness since Ive started this blog.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I can feel myself getting a bit stronger, the reps are getting a little bit easier to do :)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Cool Down: 3 min jog &amp; 2 min stretch.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Weight today: 123.6 I lost a pound since friday? haha&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Abs were intense today, I think I did 7 sets, but im logging 6 just to be safe.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Little side note: unless I state in flexing, im not flexing :)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Pushed myself a bit more today, Which I think is why I only did 4 sets on my triceps, They were burning after 4 when they usually burn after 6. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;also my Abs workout isn’t as strenuous at first, so whats why i do anywhere between 30 to 60 reps on it. It really burns when you finish a set thought!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Weight today 124.6 - went up 1 pound from wednesday, is that a good? &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Cool down:&lt;br/&gt;Instead of a 5 min speed walk, 1 min jog, Today I did a 3 min Jog&lt;br/&gt;2 min stretch.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Felt like a good workout today :) &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also gonna start logging my weight. I don’t really have any fat on my body to loose, just muscle to gain, so hopefully this number will go up, right?&lt;/p&gt;
